Its distribution network is fast expanding so that it gets the customers close to it and supplies it with an after sale service.
After Algiers branch located in Pin Maritimes-opposite Hilton hotel, now it's Oran's turn to open a branch and offers its customers a full range of machines and spare parts.
The central spare parts store is a logistic base of the after sale service for the customers.It's located in the industrial area of Oued Smar.Hence, 2 more branches will open during the second half of the year 2009.One in the East and the other in the South.
The intervention staff attached to our after sale service, undergoes periodical training sessions in Algeria and in foreign countries in the factories of our suppliers.That also goes for the technical staff of our customers in charge of maintenance.
Our staff is turned in to the customers taking into consideration the technological changes brought to the different equipments by our partners.
It our strength remains the best quality of our suppliers, of our machines and our performances, it is after all the strength of our customers who are real professionals and know how to master the machines they use.
